Digital equipment master data (eEQUIP) Solution
The eEQUIP solution allows to exchange a standard set of digital equipment master data required for cleaning and loading operations.
The eEQUIP solution allows to share equipment master data in support of the digital eECD cleaning process and in support of a digital “Gate Check-in” process.
Before a cleaning starts and to define the cleaning program, the cleaning station needs to know the exact equipment configuration. The same is true before a loading process can start. Typical mandatory equipment configuration data are for instance the number of compartments, volume per compartment, the number of manholes, the number of baffles etc.
The eEQUIP solution allows to digitally exchange specific and industry harmonized equipment master data fields between the equipment operator, the loader and the cleaner as part of the digital eECD – ePPL process and only for that specific equipment.
